Arts in Mind

Welcome to Arts in Mind

Creativity. Community. Connection.

Arts in Mind is a community that advocates for creativity as a means to support healthy brains and human connection.

Arts in Mind seeks to be the connective tissue that provides greater access to the art, creative pursuits, artistic expression, and community activities that nourish our aging brains and enrich the lives of those living with dementia and their care partners.

Through editorials, practical resources, research translation, and community-building enterprises, Arts in Mind connects those living with brain change and their caregivers with creative practitioners, care professionals, organizations, and advocates working at the intersection of arts and dementia care.

As we pursue means for stopping and eradicating the diseases that cause dementia, community, connection, and creativity are the salve that we have to offer.

On the path to better days, keep the arts in mind.
